HLS Bin Changeable Blender for Lab User, is state of art high efficiency lab type mixing equipment, we have combined international new technology and developed this equipment, it is applicable for different product mixing in pharmaceutical industry (API, finished product), chemical industry (chemical raw material, dyeing material, paint material), light industry (good, plastics), agriculture industry (seeds, feed additive)
Features
HLS Bin Changeable Blender for Lab User is designed with moveable structure, integrated design, compact structure, stable performance, easy for operation. The mixing bin is installed on rotary shaft, hanged and fixed, maintaining some angle with rotation shaft, the rotation bins are moving around, and the product in the bin is also rotating in 3D dimensional move, high shearing, severer turning will make the perfect mixing, and the production could meet GMP requirement.
Working Principle
During the mixing of HLS Bin Changeable Blender for Lab User, there will be α angle between the rotary shaft and the central line of mixing bin. ( Figure 1)
After loading of material into the bin, rotate for 90°
The material in the bin will diffuse, flow and shear by the force of gravity (non- symmetric diagonal) , rotate for 180°, the material in the bin will shrink flow
Rotate for 270, material will diffuse, flow and shear again, by this kind of mixing, all the material will be mixed together thoroughly within a short time.
Structure
HLS Bin Changeable Blender for Lab User is composed of moveable base, machine frame, mixing bin, electric control system
a) Moveable base: including base, cast wheels.
b) Machine frame: including cabinet and operation panel, with low speed motor and electric control system installed.
c) Mixing bin: square-based pyramid bin is made of premium quality SS, inner surface is mirror polished, zero dead leg, easy for cleaning, GMP complied, discharge controlled by butterfly valve. The product is discharged by the force neither of gravity, so there is neither product accumulation nor cross contamination.
d) Electric control system: with PLC control system, touch screen control, rotary speed and total rounds could be displayed, the mixing could be completed according to set time, and then positioned at the best discharge position. Print function, emergency stop button are also equipped on operation panel, see details on electric control diagram.
